By The Numbers in an interview style program produced by the staff at WHCA to inform viewers in Whitman and Hanson about the annual municipal budgeting process.  By The Numbers features discussions with a variety of town & elected officials from Whitman and Hanson, community stakeholders, and concerned citizens who discuss the budgeting process on the state, and local level.  Viewers will also see various perspectives and hear about some of the concerns that are being voiced throughout the community on all sides of these budgeting matters.
